Agreement

By accessing https://agrivaan.com, booking a demo, or using Agrivaan software, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Agrivaan is operated by Fiftyone DigitalMedia LLP.

Service

Agrivaan is a subscription-based cloud CRM & POS platform for agricultural retail and Krishi Seva Kendra operations. Features, pricing, and plan limits are communicated at onboarding and may be updated with notice.

Accounts & acceptable use

• You are responsible for accurate shop information and keeping login credentials secure.
• You must use the software only for lawful business purposes and comply with applicable tax, GST, and DLT/SMS regulations.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the service, copy proprietary code, or misuse customer data.

Fees & billing

Subscription fees, SMS credits, and setup charges (if any) are as agreed in your plan or invoice. Taxes may apply as per Indian law.

Intellectual property

Agrivaan, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by Fiftyone DigitalMedia LLP. Your business data remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, downtime caused by third parties, or business decisions made using reports from the software.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
