Overview
Fiftyone DigitalMedia LLP provides Agrivaan as a subscription software service. This Refund Policy explains when payments may or may not be refunded.
No refund after setup delivery
Once your shop setup, onboarding, or initial deployment has been delivered — including tenant provisioning, data migration assistance, training, or go-live handover — subscription and setup fees are non-refundable.
SMS credits
Prepaid SMS credits added to your hub account are consumed when messages are sent. Unused SMS credits are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by applicable law.
Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error on our side, contact us within 7 days at info@agrivaan.com and we will review and correct the charge where appropriate.
Cancellation
You may stop renewing your subscription at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the plan end date; no partial refunds are provided for unused days after setup has been delivered.
