Information we collect

• Demo requests: name, shop name, phone, email, city, state, and message you submit on our website.
• Shop users: account and business data entered in the CRM by subscribed shops (customers, sales, stock) — stored on that shop’s secure instance.
• SMS: mobile numbers and message content when shops send transactional SMS (e.g. bill confirmation) via our platform.

How we use information

We use contact details to respond to demo requests, provide support, deliver software services, send service-related SMS where enabled by the shop, and improve our product. We do not sell personal data.

SMS & communications

Transactional SMS are sent only for purposes configured by the shop (such as sale confirmation). Recipients may contact the shop or info@agrivaan.com for opt-out related to marketing; transactional messages may still be required for active accounts.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, access controls, and isolated databases per shop deployment.
